 ***Starting January 1,2019 any order that is over $300 will need to be

verified by emailing a copy to    mhairextensions@yahoo.com of

his or her identification card with ONLY name/address & photo visible.

Name and address on id muss match shipping and billing information***

• How many days do I have to return a product?

​

You have 24 hours to return a product.

​

ANY ON SALE ITEMS ARE NOT TO BE RETURNED!  "SALE IS FINAL".

• How will I receive the refund?

​

Refunds will be refunded the same way they were paid, or you can exchange for something for the same exact price.

There is a processing fee for all orders that is made and for refunds that processing  fee will also be deducted from your total amount paid that is being refunded. Our processing fee DOES NOT include offline payment transactions such as "cash app" or "cash" payments.

    As of May 14,2020 shipping fee will be going up $5 more ! 

packages will only be shipped out on Wednsdays & Fridays.

 

• who pays for shipping to return the product?

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

• How long will shipping be?   

 

Shipping will be 3-5 business days, any orders that is placed on a weekend(SATURDAY or SUNDAY) will get processed monday.

International shipping will be 3-7 business days.

• ​   How do express shipping work?

 

Express shipping will be 1-2 business days it has a 12-24hr processing time once order is fufilled/fully verified then the product gets sent out the next day.

   Custom color units / bundles/ closures & frontals: 2-4 business days(processing time)

bundles: 18-30inches $85

wigs one solid custom color or ombre 16-22inches: $135

frontals & closures: $45

• Will 3 bundles be a full head for 30-40 inches?

NO! I highly suggest atleast 4-5 bundles for 30-40 inches!​

• ​ANY BUNDLES THATS 32-40 INCHES NEEDS TO BE PRE-ORDERED. PROCESSING TIME WILL BE EXACTLY 4 DAYS AND 2 DAY SHIPPING. ​
